Slim Dunkin rapper was shot to death in Atlanta, police said on Saturday.
Slim (24), whose real name is Mario Hamilton, died on Friday at the studio where the music video is being tilled, Atlanta police said as quoted by Reuters.
"Some time after he arrived, a fight occurred and the victim was shot," said a statement.
Slin Dunkin was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, where he died shortly after he arrived.
He became part of a group called 1017 Brick Squad - which among others consists of rapper Gucci Mane, and Waka Flocka Flame, the Atlanta group's Facebook page.
Police said no one had been arrested in the shooting case.
