Food Menu : Black Pepper Shrimp Seasoning

Like shrimp? Try to make shrimp with black pepper spice. No less spicy flavor with chili bite. Eaten with warm rice, fantastic delicious!

500 g large prawns pancet
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
cooking oil
Black Pepper Sauce:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
30 g onions, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp black pepper, crushed slightly rough
200 ml of water
1 tsp cornflour, dissolved in a little water

How to make:

Scissors grouse shrimp, slice the back with a knife until slightly open.
Sprinkle with white Bawan, salt and lime juice. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Fry in hot oil until slightly dry and a lot. Drain.
Black Pepper Sauce:
Saute garlic and onions until wilted.
Add the herbs and water. Bring to a boil.
Pour the starch solution, stirring until thick.
Enter the fried shrimp, simmer briefly. Remove from heat.
Serve warm.
