But the walled city was more than a physical conglomeration of buildings and people,
it was an inadvertent symbol of the long struggle between China and Hong Kong, ruled by neither.

Maurice Sendak, the 83-year-old writer and illustrator, reflects on his work in a new short documentary from the British art institution, the Tate. In books like In the Night Kitchen, Where the Wild Things Are and Outside, Over There, Sendak has explored the wonders of childhood.

In the other side, "Wild Thing," an adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic children's book "Where the Wild Things Are," will give audiences an interactive journey into the mind of a child, said Director Anthony Gusevich, 24, of Union City.

Ben Breedlove, the 18-year-old had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and passed away on Christmas Day after recently posting videos on YouTube, where he explained cheating death three times and confessed his admiration for rapper Kid Cudi. Ben Breedlove’s YouTube video explains his life, starts off by writing, “All my life, I’ve had a heart condition.” “(HCM) short for Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.”
In the US there are 600,000 people with HCM and there are nearly one million with other genetic conditions that can cause SCA in young people. HCM, it's formed abnormally, and when you're playing sports, everything is going in your system very rapidly, and that's what puts you at a setup for arrhythmias and sudden death.
